Antique Pendulum Table Clock - France, Late 19th Century
An elegant French pendulum table clock dating back to the late 19th century. Crafted from solid wood with burl veneer and fine wood trim, it features refined neoclassical gilt-bronze details, including floral ornaments and architectural friezes.
The enamel dial with Roman numerals shows a slight crack at the top (see photo) but retains its period charm. The visible pendulum is decorated with a chiseled brass sun mask, typical of the French taste of the period. Original movement with stamped hallmark on the back of the movement and serial number (73896).
